I am now back from quick breaks in France and Portugal via Budapest and Mantua. The only real holidays I’ve taken this year brought me to see friends I do not see often but also places I’d never seen before – linking back to the importance of our mind focus and mindful approach to life and work, these short breaks have proved exciting, relaxing and refreshing at once, despite the brevity of them all.
